One-On-One Coaching - Selecting a coach to work with is a very important task. We offer a one hour free demo coaching session. Then you can see if we meet your needs and there is a 'match'. Call or email to set a time and date for checking us out. .

Team Coaching - If your team isn’t getting the results you want, meet with us to discuss how we can create a customized plan to help guide the team to the next level of performance. It can be easier than you think.

Beyond Boundaries - Level 1 and Personalizing Leadership can be delivered as public programs. We accumulate names until there are enough participants for these programs. Preferred enrolment for both programs is between 8 - 12 participants in order to ensure maximum benefit.

Part of what we do in these programs is to support groups to continue to meet and encourage each other well beyond the end of the sessions. These 'Power Teams' offer a unique way to gain the support and motivation for participants to challenge and change the way they do things and try out new skills in a safe and confidential environment.
